Eden Land Planning - Concurrent Projects
As stated on my " About " page: "The only project I write about is the one I invested in, involving the purchase and resale of a development site in Redruth, Cornwall. I say nothing about Eden's wider portfolio of projects. However, I would be interested to compare experiences with investors in any of Eden's concurrent projects, such as Colyford, Totnes, South Brent, Torbay, Landscove, Plymouth or Glossop." All of these projects were started in 2017 or 2018 and should have completed some years ago, turning a profit for their investors. Redruth Eden was supposed to complete in 2019 but 6 years later the land is unsold and we have had no return on investment.
